A great weekend involves @murphydominic launching a new series of weekly classes in #practicalmindfulness, meeting a lovely bunch of generous and kind people, and gazing at #sausagethedog gazing out the window. AND, not in the photo, learning how to caramelise frozen beans and then EATING THEM. #notveganbutcookingvegan
