  1. 2016-Nov-3-Thu Paula Varjack’s book launch and 2016-Dec-9-Fri Anti-Slam Final: there seems to be a pattern of rule-breaking! (I have a general philosophy of life that rules are made to be bent (within reason), but artistic activities have greater “degrees of freedom”!)

  2. Afterthought to my previous comment: 2016-Nov-3-Thu Paula Varjack’s book launch, 2016-Dec-7 Salena Godden’s #LIVEwire album launch, and 2016-Dec-9-Fri Anti-Slam Final: there seems to be a pattern of rule-breaking!

In Lady Bracknell voice: to break the rules once may be regarded as a mistake; to do it thrice looks like licentiousness.

    2. archaic: Disregarding accepted conventions, especially in grammar or literary style.

Origin – Late Middle English: from Latin licentiosus, from licentia freedom.

    An example sentence from https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/licentiousness
“Default, unearned respect for culture breeds a decadent cultural licentiousness in which any amount of pretentious nonsense is encouraged and propagated.”
Varjack & Simpson could have used that at the Anti-Slam Final?
